    The Return URL is dynamically generated based on your site URL and the results of the PayPal API calls. So that part handles itself.

    PayPal will send the user back to the return URL that is generated by the plugin, which then loads a review page for final review before completing the payment (unless you have the “skip final review” option enabled in the plugin settings.)
