# Returns error ‘Something Went Wrong’

 * Hi, I really need the solution. For some reason when someone submits the form
   it returns an error ‘Something went wrong’.
    Please, reply ASAP.

 * Could you please share the form export, so that we could test and see what exactly
   is causing on your side? Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

 * I see it is a simple form, I imported it to my website and had no issues.
 * Could you share the form URL and we can try to submit and check the console logs?

 * I have deleted the website. So, can’t provide it right now. I see [@djohnson2021](https://wordpress.org/support/users/djohnson2021/)
   is having the same problem. He might be able to share a live sample.

 * Since the form works on our end there’s probably something specific on your site
   that was causing it, it could have been another plugin or theme so there’s slim
   chance that [@djohnson2021](https://wordpress.org/support/users/djohnson2021/)
   issue is caused by the same thing.
 * Please let us know if you can setup a new site where the issue could be replicated
   so we could investigate it further there.
 * [@djohnson2021](https://wordpress.org/support/users/djohnson2021/) can you please
   start a separate thread for your issue and share the URL of your form there so
   we can check this further.
