There seems to be a javascript conflict of some kind, even though I don’t see actual errors on the page. Please try the following:
1. Go to “Donations > Settings > Advanced”
2. Set “Script loading location” to “Footer”
While troubleshooting this, also make sure to clear your site cache and totally deactivate any caching plugins you might have.

I don’t have that option. Maybe because am using a very old version which is compatible with SlydePay payment gateway.
When disable all other plugins, it still don’t work
I’m not sure how much I can help if you’re running a very outdated version. I would contact the SlydePay plugin author to make sure they get compatible with the latest version of Give.
