 * Hello!
 * This is certainly a weird one! I’m not sure if there will be anything you can
   do about it but we wanted to flag it anyways. It is a twofold issue:
    1. We had reports of admin users trying to assign images to product galleries in
       WooCommerce, which appeared successful, however later they were not assigned.
    2. Images have gone “missing” intermittently throughout the site. (See screenshots)

 * It seems like this wouldn’t be an issue with the Real Media Library plugin, however
   we have no errors or warnings in WP related to images or WooCommerce, and the
   only thing that seemed to fix the issue is deactivating the Real Media Library
   plugin. We weren’t sure if there was something maybe in the process of Real Media
   Library retrieving and organizing images from the database that may be causing
   these sorts of intermittent outages or if a reverse proxy may interrupt the functionality
   with Real Media Library somehow?
 * Any help or insight is appreciated!

 * Hey [@briannehinchliffe](https://wordpress.org/support/users/briannehinchliffe/)!
 * Thanks for your report. 🙂
 * In general, Real Media Library does not modify the URL / path on the file system
   of a file when it gets moved to a folder. Can you please share a short screencast
   video where you reproduce the issue with Real Media Library active and then doing
   the same, while Real Media Library is deactivated?
