Reverse recipe search?

    Hello all,

    I’m wondering if a reverse recipe/ingredient search is possible with this plugin. I don’t mean looking up something like “chicken” and finding chicken related recipes. I’m looking for the ability to add all the ingredients you have on hand, and having the results only show recipes you can make with that list.

    Either by using additional plugins or using a bit of code, any direction you can share would be helpful.

    You can filter by ingredient with out WP Ultimate Post Grid plugin like in this example: https://demo.wprecipemaker.com/recipe-index/

    At the moment it does not work as you want it to, but the ability to only show recipes that only have ingredients you’ve selected is on the todo list.

    The FacetWP plugin also integrates with WP Recipe Maker. I’m not sure if their plugin does have this feature.

    Does the post grid plugin work with Elementor page builder?

    The grid plugin is basically just a shortcode so you can add that shortcode in any page builder.

    It does not have some kind of Elementor integration, if that’s what you’re looking for.
