 * Is there a way to have a menu item show only if a user Does Not have a specific
   custom role?

 * By default, no. If only 1 role, you could add a custom “pseudo” role and change

 * If you wanted to apply it to every role you could skip adding the pseudo role,
   but still modify the visibility via the `nav_menu_roles_item_visibility` filter…
   as shown in the FAQ for the pseudo roles.

 * Hi Helga,
 * I have the same feature request. I’d like to **hide menu items from users that
   have a specific role**. Maybe it’s worth thinking about a premium version of 
   the plugin? 🙂 I am sure there are enough people out there that would pay for
   a premium version.
