    Hi,

I am using the Reviews ( %d) tab in all of my products, and when the tabs load, the reviews are being shown to the end users. With this one product however, I get the total number of reviews, and I don’t see any actual reviews after that. I have tested that the total number increases/decreases as more reviews come in for this product. I have added a new review, and it is being displayed in the %d part of the tab. I then deleted it and it was decreased too.

I have replaced temporarily the default “Reviews (%d)” with a user-defined one where I used a shortcode of a different, stand-alone plugin which loads the same product’s reviews, and that works fine, but it displays the reviews in a different way that all the other products. I need the style of this product’s reviews to adhere to the style of the rest of the products and to load the reviews in that tab.

I have checked the debug.log and the browser console for errors, and there are not any in either end.

    Regards,
    Konstantinos.

    Hello,

Do you mean that Reviews tab dispalyed correct when our plugin disabled and do not work when Product Tabs Manager used?

    Hi Oleg,

Thanks for assisting me with this.

The reviews are present as data in that product. Every product has its own reviews. When I use the built-in “Reviews (%d)” from your plugin in that particular product, I get no reviews displayed; only the title “Reviews (15)” and the correct count (15) of reviews for that product.

When I replace the default “Reviews (%d)” tab with a newly created one, and I use a shortcode from a plugin that handles reviews in that new tab, that plugin is able to read the reviews data and display them.

i.e. I did not disable your plugin. I just ditched the default “Reviews (%d)” that did not display the reviews, and used a shortcode in conjunction with your plugin, and in that case the reviews were visible.

    Regards,
    Konstantinos.

    Hello,

“Reviews (%d)” is default WooCommerce tab and it is displayed also without our plugin.
We do not change how it work and only provide possibility to change order for default tabs.
And if it is work same when our plugin disabled, then it is not issue with our plugin.

    Regards,
    Oleg
