    is there any options for rewind ? for example need quick rewind and forward
   like 10 seconds.

 * The default media player used by PowerPress is the MediaElement.js player. This
   player has no rewind button in its default configuration. MediaElement.js is 
   customizable thru code, and you may be able to find a way to alter it to include
   this functionality. However, that’s something you’d need to look for elsewhere,
   as this type of customization isn’t provided within PowerPress.
 * The Blubrry Audio Player, available to Blubrry media hosting customers, does 
   include a 15-second rewind button:

 * There may be other third-party players that have this functionality as well.
