# RewriteRule

 * how can i change the url of the “most viewed” in a simple url?
    i want to change
   the url “www.mysite.com/?v_sortby=views&v_orderby=desc” in [http://www.mysite.com/top](http://www.mysite.com/top).
   I tried to add it in my htaccess:
 * `RewriteRule ^top/$ /?v_sortby=views&v_orderby=desc [L}`
 * but it doesn’t work..
    how can i do it?
