 * Robust listserv plugin with many valuable features. Documentation is thorough
   and better written than many plugins. You must follow the documentation steps
   carefully as it is easy to overlook a critical instruction. However, the product
   works really well when properly installed. Reliability is great.
    Response to
   support requests is uneven – sometime fast, sometimes slow. Even with the paid
   version (Society), it can take up to two weeks for an acknowledgement of a request
   for technical assistance. Support itself is excellent once it responds. Holger
   is very knowledgeable and thorough. All issues submitted do get resolved. I particularly
   like the way he explains what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. This
   teaches me and I feel better prepared to do my own troubleshooting in the future.
   I really like the product and the way it performs.
