# Role Based Access

 * Hi – thank you for providing this valuable tool
 * I’ve got SupportCandy installed on a WP Multisite, activated on a subsite.
 * I’ve got other plugins to manage user roles network wide.
 * I need to restrict support access to users with specific roles that are established
   elsewhere on the site.
 * When the user arrives on the SupportCandy site they will have the role I set 
   for them, but I can’t find any settings in SC that restrict access.
 * Is there a setting or a code snippet I can apply? I don’t mind hard coding the
   role required in functions.php or another SC template

 * This is good suggestion to restrict roles to access ticketing feature. We have
   added this in our development queue to be available within couple of months.
 * We so not believe in hard-coding because in next version it got vanished. If 
   you need on urgent basis, please create ticket on our website giving reference
   of this topic.

    We have planned an add-on for membership integration that should solve
   the issue as discussed in ticket. Closing this topic now.
