    We’re using ReHub theme that has a login/signup modal by default and we need to use that only for the login or signup function but need to change ‘role’ based on the profile form submitted by users.

    How can we upgrade the user role of ‘customer’ to ‘author’ or ‘editor’ based on the WPUF Profile form and not the WPUF Registration form?

    How to implement that easily.

    Can you give us a quick fix to this problem. I need User Roles as a filed in Registration form builder, with a selection which roles will be visible on frontend and re-labelling it.

    Hello @zotezo,

    It will be unavailable to have such settings that allows a customer to upgrade into editor or author. You need to do this manually from WP-admin > User section.

    By default, the user registration form of WPUF doesn’t allow us to select any role in the registration form. Also, it is unavailable in WPUF free version registration form to edit the form.
