I have used this plugin for over one year on several sites of my own and for a few of my clients. I like it. It’s is simply written and does what it is supposed to do.
On several sites I have used it with a custom login form and logo as described here, which works very nicely. It provides a more polished and customized appearance compared to the standard login screen with the WordPress logo. One example of this is the [Moderated]
