# Roles aren’t syncing

 * Hey, this is a fantastic plugin.
 * I’ve set up sync between two of my WP sites with all fields enabled. New users
   are syncing, as well as changes like names.
 * But roles changes aren’t syncing.
 * Is this a bug? Let me know you need login details to look at it further.

 * Roles sync depends on your settings, and without more information it is difficult
   to find the source of your issue.

 * Yes! I left the “List of roles to transfer (leave empty to transfer none)” field
   empty.
 * No wonder they weren’t syncing!!
