    Hello fellow WordPressors!

I recently begun my first WordPress blog on GoDaddy, and boy is there a lot to learn!

My problem is that I can’t seem to access my website when the URL is http://www.example.com. When I install WordPress to http://www.example.com/wordpress, the site exists at http://www.example.com/wordpress but when I go to Settings and change site URL to http://www.example.com and mess around with the index.php file, it never seems to work. Even when I install WordPress to the root folder (www.example.com), my site CANT BE ACCESSED.

Could someone please provide some help as to how to install WordPress into a non-root folder, and still have the site URL as the root domain? (I hope I used those terms properly; still learning them!)
