 * I am trying to find a plugin where people from my team can go on my site and
fill out their names and roles for a specific date and it saves. When another
person comes on the site they will see that information the previous person fill
   out.
Reason I have 10 different roles during a video production and will like
every one on my team to visit my site and select a role they want to do on a
Monday so the next person filling out the form will see that role is taken and
   select a different role.

 * You might need to use a membership plugin paired with a scheduling plugin. Do
you want the members of you team to have the ability to edit their schedule after
   saving/submitting it?

 * Yes but I don’t want them to login. I want them to edit the schedule and save
   so others can see it.

 * Unfortunately, there would be no way to give them edit rights after they have
saved their schedule without giving them a user account. There are different
levels by default that allow them to just edit their own profile and one that
even allows them to edit posts.
 * The easiest you can accomplish this might be to have their schedule be part of
their profile by adding custom profile fields and then just have all team members
sign up for a subscriber account (that is the lowest level of account by default).
 * The other way I can think of to accomplish this would be to create custom user
types and a custom post type for the schedule them allow the custom user type
to edit only the schedule post type.
