Rotating header not showing up

    The header on my custom theme isn’t showing up. The header is added through my css file, and it is set to rotate in sequence with javascript. The script is working outside of wordpress, but when added to theme it doesn’t show. Not sure if this is php related or wordpress specific, because the other page that it works on is html. Anywho, here is the code for my header.php, and style css. I hope someone can help.
