• Hey there,

    It seems that there is rounding errors in the plugin with the latest version. If a client makes an order that amounts to 44.71€ and we try to complete the order we get this error message:

    Could not capture Klarna order. Captured amount is higher than the remaining authorized amount: 44.7 EUR. The order status has been changed from Completed to Queued.

    That is strange, and I am not able to replicate this issue. When checking in the Klarna merchant portal, what is the order amount there? Are you on version 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 of the plugin and are you using any other plugins?

    Hey,

    I’m on 4.3.1. The amount in Klarna shows as 44.70. We just switched from the with klarna management to no klarna management plugin since it was suggested to be done.

    I see! And under General settings in WooCommerce there is a section called Currency options, can you tell me how many decimals are set?
