   thanks for the great pluginI have a question about rounding type.Does only
   the pro version offer “rounding type down”?

 * “Rounding type down” is available in the free version as well.
 * Here is a sample shortcode for the same:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       [round type="down"][cost]*1.5[/round]
       ```

   I was able to calculate the shipping cost as expected.How can 
   you do this for free?For me, this method worked better than the table rate.I’ve
   tried a lot of source code and searched for plugins.thanks so much.
