* Both my WordPress and Podpress RSS feeds are throwing up errors.

* [likely both related](http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.intherabbithole.com%2Ffeed%2F)

   notice it seems to gag on the `–` in the error message

* How do I fix this?

* Use 8.8.10.6. It is already uploaded and in 15 minutes probably available via
   the automatic upgrade function.

* [@ntm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ntm/) is this the cause of both RSS
   feeds being squirrely (technical term 😉 )

* Yes, i have modified the function which makes all text passage save for the RSS
   feeds. I have also updated the part which creates the <itunes:summary> and <itunes:
   subtitle> elements in the feed.
* But I have forgotten somethin in 8.8.10.3 and then I realized that the function
   which should convert strings like `–` or `“` did not convert all
   of them. But 8.8.10.6 uses the function which WP uses to do that (ent2ncr();).

   I’m sorry that I have not realized that earlier!
* Regards,
    Tim

* Main RSS working again, but Podcast RSS still broken

* That problem is also gone. see [http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.intherabbithole.com%2Ffeed%2Fitrh-urban-survival-podcast%2F](http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.intherabbithole.com%2Ffeed%2Fitrh-urban-survival-podcast%2F)

* That’s strange. The error still pops up when you view the feed URL in a browser.
   Any ideas?

* Yes, it is necessary to clear the browser cache before you reload. Often you
   regulate the cache memory behaviour via the browser settings but these settings
   sometimes only for web pages only. I’m using usually Firefox to view feeds. But
   I have to clear the cache memory every time I like to see changes in the feed.

* LOL, totally forgot I had WP Super Cache on. Thanks!
