Title: RSS Feed Problem Last modified: August 19, 2016 --- # RSS Feed Problem * [acciestrust](https://wordpress.org/support/users/acciestrust/) * (@acciestrust) * [15 years, 11 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rss-feed-problem-25/) * Hi, * I have noticed over the last week that the RSS feed on our website is not working: * [http://www.acciestrust.co.uk/feed/](http://www.acciestrust.co.uk/feed/) * I have looked through the forum and followed the advice on fixing this problem as best I could. * I have checked for the mark-up from the theme’s header.php file which seems to be a common problem but I could not find this being replicated. * I have attached it below just in case I am missing something. * _[Code moderated as per the [Forum Rules](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome). If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems? * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F) by FTP or phpMyAdmin? I switched to the default theme and back again and for a brief period the RSS feed worked. * However, a few minutes after switching back to the current theme it stopped working again. * I am using the theme Yashfa 1.7 by Nurudin Jauhari which I would prefer to keep. * Does anyone know how to fix this problem within this theme? * Thanks again. * [Rev. Now view your site normally, while doing that view your source code from within the browser. IE and FF both allow this by clicking view->source * at the bottom of your source code are a tonne of spammy links. They are breaking your feed. * It looks to me like you have been hacked. First thing you can do is clean up your theme by looking through it and removing any offending code. That may clear up the symptoms, but not the problem.
