 * Are you running plugins to modify your feeds content?
 * By default, the tracking images contain these parameters and styles:
 * `style="border:0;width:0;height:0" width="0" height="0"`
 * If I have a look at your feed’s source code, it shows
 * `style="max-width: 100%; width: 100%; padding-bottom: 0; display: inline; vertical-
   align: bottom; border: 0; height: auto; outline: none; text-decoration: none;-
   ms-interpolation-mode: bicubic;" width="0" alt="" border="0"`
 * So looks like the image tag is modified somewhere?
