# RSS Validation [xmlns issue]

 * Hi,
 * I’ve run into an issue similar to what was noted
    [here](http://wordpress.org/search/xmlns%3AcreativeCommons%3D?forums=1),
   but am unable to resolve it.
 * Currently using WordPress 2.32 as well as Podpress 8.8 for a podcast. My feed
   is [here](http://www.altreads.com/?feed=podcast). When validating via feedvalidator.
   org, I get the following:
 * >  Sorry
   > This feed does not validate.
   > line 7, column 77: XML parsing error: <unknown>:7:77: not well-formed (invalid
   > token)
 * The line in question seems to be:
 * >  xmlns:creativeCommons="[http://backend.userland.com/creativeCommonsRssModule"xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd"</p&gt](http://backend.userland.com/creativeCommonsRssModule"xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd"</p&gt);
 * I’ve reloaded my feed-rss2.php (my WordPress is a 2.3 to 2.32 upgrade), but still
   no luck. I expect this is a fairly simple fix, and appreciate any guidance. Thank
   you!

 * I cant believe no one replied,
 * ANYWAY, I had the same exact problem today, I was checking all the dam xml files
   and no luck, I found the podcast xml and put a space between the tags that look
   simialr to try and insure they would not be strung together then DEACTIVED THE
   PODPRESS PLUGIN AND LOADED THE SITE AND CHECKED THE PODCAST LINK IN THE SIDE 
   BAR THEN RE-ACTIVATED THE PLUGIN AND IT SEEMED TO WORK.
