# RSS Weirdness

 * I am just in the process of designing a website for someone, he has asked for
   a blog..so I have installed WordPress to the site and have customised it to blend
   in with the rest of the site design…so far so good.
 * The client has now asked for his latest posts made, to be shown on the front 
   page of the website ( a normal HTML page).
 * I am using simplepie software to show the rss feed on the front page … as I’ve
   used this on another website.
 * ..now the problem is that the simplepie works .. as it will show other feeds ..
   but NOT the feed for the blog. I have checked my wordpress feeds on feed valiadtors
   and they work .. I have even put them into the other website I’ve done with simplepie
   to see if they work .. and they do.
 * No matter what I do, I cannot get the feeds to display on the site where the 
   wordpress is hosted.
 * Has anyone come across this before, is it something to do with it being on the
   same server as the website.
 * My WordPress/RSS/XML knowledge is poor so any help is very much appreciated.
