 * I need to create ftp accounts with shell files. how to do this?
 * 1. when user actives his email, a shell file will run and create a ftp account
   in the server and then mail the account info (username and password) to him.
   
   2. when a logged-in user click one link(“get account”) in the top page he will
   get a account as well.

 * I don’t think WordPress is going to be able to help you with this. There may 
   be some paid plugins that could help with this, but I’m not aware of any.
