# Running High Processes

 * Can anyone help me detect an issue I’m having with my site and hosting company.
   They keep telling me I’m running high processes and shut my site down. Most is
   the most common cause for this? Any suggestions would be amazing. Is there a 
   way to find the caulprit?

 * I’ve tried deactivating some of the plugins but I will try again…any more thoughts
   out there. Thanks.
