# Running PHP code into posts and pages

 * Hello everybody,
 * I’m looking for a good plugin that let me attach executable PHP code into my 
   posts and my pages. There are several plugins in wp-plugins.net:
 * – RunPHP (by Mark Somerville)
    – RunPHP (by James Van Lommel) – PHP Exec – Exec-
   PHP
 * I’m not sure which is better (or more appropriate) for installing on WordPress
   2.0.4. What plugin I use?

 * I’m using Exec-PHP from [http://bluesome.net/post/2005/08/18/50/](http://bluesome.net/post/2005/08/18/50/)
 * Works fine with 2.0.4, but probably the others do as well. I can’t remember when
   I started using this one, or why it instead of another….

 * I’ve read some information about all those plugns. It seems Exec-PHP is the most
   appropriate for WP 2.x and it really good tested.

 * I tried the plugin but get this message:
    An appropriate representation of the
   requested resource /wp/wp-admin/post.php could not be found on this server.

 * pcmike – talk to your host provider; they’ve probably done something wonky with
   mod_security (lot of that going around these days….)
