# "Runtime by plugin" displays values for inactive plugins

 * This is a great plugin, but I am wondering why there I see times for plugins 
   that are disabled.

 * Hello,
 * P3 will not detect (or activate) any inactive plugins. There is a chance that
   it can be confused about the naming. A plugin can call itself “bob’s plugin” 
   internally, but named “foo.php” and P3 may pick the wrong name. You may also 
   see plugins that cross-include other plugins and P3 will pick that up, too.
