# Same domain?

 * Hi! I made a backup with the plugin which I cannot restore because it says
    Cannot
   restore this backup! Free Version doesn’t support site migration and can only
   restore backups created on the same domain, host and server. [Get WP Staging Pro](https://wp-staging.com/)
   to restore this backup on this website.
 * It is the same domain.
 * What might have happened is that after creating the backup with WP Staging plugin,
   I deleted a staging site which I made earlier using Bluehost’s own tools. Little
   did I know, the database was shared, resulting in lost database on live site,
   so I had to request elevated support to restore it. Now all is restored to an
   older backup by Bluehost support.
 * I hoped to use the WP Staging Plugin to restore the most recent backup, can you
   give an advice?
