# Same IP Address on HTTPS

 * Hello,
 * We installed an SSL on our website and noticed some weird behaviour with the 
   user’s origination IP address/location under Tools > Live Traffic.
 * When using the https URL, the originating IP address is our web host & not the
   actual user. When we don’t use the HTTP, it appears normal and shows the correct
   IP address for the user.
 * After learning mode has been completed on the site, we are starting getting warnings
   and the user is blocked from the site. Which appears to be a result of the same
   IP address everyone uses.
 * Is there a fix for this or a reason why this is occurring?

 * Go to wordfence all options and find How does Wordfence get IPs
    Use Recommended
   method to get ip. Are you using nginx or cloudflare?

   option?
 * Also, please share a screenshot showing “IP detection” section in the diagnostics
   page under (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics).
