 * I had the same subscriber sign up twice using different emails. Only the first
   email showed described in Mailchimp. Both emails showed up in my mailmunch list.
   Is there any explanation for this?

 * Can you create a support ticket with your account information so our agents can
   look up your account to see why the second email didn’t sync. You can create 
   the ticket by clicking “Contact Support” link on the right in your WordPress 
   admin plugin page.
