# Same Old Line Break Problem

 * Everyone knows the problems with the line break issue in TinyMCE and it stripping
   them out, putting everything in paragraph tags, and fiddling with html trying
   to make perfectly valid html valid.
 * When is the issue going to be fixed? No doubt I love WordPress, but I’m real 
   close to switching close to 70 sites to a competitor if this isn’t fixed. It’s
   stupid that this problem has gone on for so long, with people posting numerous
   threads about it. I seem to remember earlier versions not doing it.
 * I don’t need to give examples because the problem is well known. Why can it not
   just be fixed? It’s not rocket science!
