# Same problem with background img in header

 * Since I updated Neve this morning (and then again just now) the header builder
   doesn’t work. I am using a child theme, and tried the migration to the new header
   builder to fix the problem, but it didn’t. I rolled back to the old builder, 
   the problem is still there.
 * The specified background image of the main header does not show, the background
   stays white when a background image is selected. I chose a color for now, but
   I’d like to get my header back.
    Apparently I am not the only one with this problem.

 * Update: I updated to 3.0.9, which was apparently supposed to be the fix. But 
   I still have the same problem. In the meantime I found something I think might
   be the cause:
 * When I run an inspect on my site, I can see that the background images are not
   found.
    The image path seems to be added to the current browser path, and of 
   course that results in a 404. This is what the error message reads:
 * `/diorama/"https:/resinrapture.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/dropdown-bg.
   png&quot:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404()`

   Header image not showing up after update to latest version of theme.

   The header image do not appears, background is white, even with 3.0.9 version.

 * Hello All,
 * My problem is fixed now. Header is visible on both desptop and mobile devices.
   I just changed the style to Neve 3.0 from customize section. You can also try
   the same to is if it solve your problem as well.
