# Same unique Warning: include() [function.include]: error on two blogs

 * Hi all,
 * I’ve had this error pop up on two sites.
 * ‘Warning: include(/home/imielvi/public_html/katalina.co.za/wp-content/themes/
   grunge-style/template.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in /home/imielvi/public_html/katalina.co.za/wp-content/themes/
   grunge-style/functions.php on line 43
 * Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/home/imielvi/public_html/
   katalina.co.za/wp-content/themes/grunge-style/template.php’ for inclusion (include_path
   =’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/imielvi/public_html/katalina.co.
   za/wp-content/themes/grunge-style/functions.php on line 43
 * Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function‘
   tp_header’ not found or invalid function name in /home/imielvi/public_html/katalina.
   co.za/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 403′
 * Note: I can’t login to the backend unless I rename and deactivate the current
   theme.
 * Site: katalina.co.za
 * I host a few other WP sites on the same server, none else had the problem accept
   another one of her sites.
 * I can’t find a solution and the first time I’m stuck like this and needing community
   help please.
 * I renamed the theme, logged into the back, updated WP, all the plugins, deactivated
   all the plugins, swopped themes, and nothing works.
 * The person who’s blog it is said they didn’t install anything recently or did
   any tweaks and my host didn’t update anything either.
 * Please let me know if there’s other code I need to post..

 * Not sure, I’m only hosting and helping out. I know she had some theme done by
   someone.
 * But the same problem comes up with the other themes she’s got loaded.
 * I’ll find out..

 * That works. But the other themes give the same error, and it all worked..

 * If the error does not occur with Twenty Eleven, then it’s a theme issue.
