 * Thank you for trying out the plugin. All the admin fields have sample content
   and upon activation plugin will apply all the necessary settings. You will also
   have the Order Online page created upon activation. If you want more customization
   on the default layout, you can then work on it. Hope this helps.

 * i was referring to sample data of the menu not the settings, like menu items,
   photos, item categories, etc..

 * Sorry for the late reply. As Food Store completely based on WooCommerce, you 
   can import the categories (Menu Items) and the Products (Items) from WooCommerce
   sample file for testing purpose. This import file is available in the WooCommerce
   plugin folder itself.
 * There is no import file for Food Items is available at this moment from Food 
   Store.
