 * The end point is the same for sandbox and live. Accounts that are Sandbox accounts
   will work out of the box with the correct username and password entered into 
   the settings panel. Live accounts can easily be placed in text mode in the gateway,
   and all transactions run through them during this time will be considered test
   transactions.
