 * I am having a problem with the plugin that is, when i make survey and going to
   save it. it doesn’t save it and a blank page apears.
    Please help me

 * I apologize for for this issue. It’s a known issue on a small percentage of WordPress
   installs. I will be soon releasing a new version that should address it and allow
   you to save.
