# Save and sync problem

 * When I try to save a translation, the save button just keeps spinning forever.
 * So I can never get to the sync.
 * Why is that? I have updated everything.

 * I am not sure what that means or how I do it?
 * But I have tried different browsers and it’s the same problem.

 * If I go to “Developer” –> “Show Javascript Consol” in Safari it shows no errors
   on the website. Is that the place?

 * I don’t get it: Is it fixed and how do I get the update? I have the 2.5.2 version–
   I can not update it.

   you are closing their topic as a duplicate. It’s not a duplicate and telling 
   user’s that often means they’ll reply to that other topic. That’s not good.
 * If someone needs support then they should start their own topic and get support
   in their topic.
