# Save for doesn’t work

 * When I tried to add dropdown field in my form and then update the form not work.

 * Thanks for writing in. Since there is no such issue on our test environment. 
   So, it seems that there is a conflict between the plugins. Please deactivate 
   all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything
   works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test 
   at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

       Hi @mbadge,
   
       Please do follow the following steps to solve the issue with lost password:
   
       1. Go to User Registration > Settings and see if you have selected my account page or not. you will need to select the page with [user_egistration_my_account] shortcode there. After that see if the reset password is working fine or not.
   
       2. Once please follow this documentation too: https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/lost-password-page-not-found/
   
       3. The last option could be a translation. The slug in the settings for lost password could be okay but you might have translated the slug. Revert back the translation of the slug to match the exact text in the settings and it should work.
