    I hope you had a great weekend. Thank you for your patience regarding the issue with version 9.2.2 where the “Save Questions” button in the admin section does not function as expected.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are encountering in the admin section? Additionally, I recommend disabling all other plugins except QSM to identify if a conflict with another plugin might be causing the issue. Once QSM is working independently, re-enable the plugins one by one and observe if the issue reoccurs.

    AJAX works for the site perfectly.

    To clarify, it seems that you began facing this issue after updating the QSM plugin to version 9.2.2, correct? Regarding the “server generated 2 records” error logs, could you kindly share the specific error log details that you encountered? Additionally, the admin URL you provided requires a username and password for access. If possible, sharing the relevant error logs directly with us would be very helpful.

    In the meantime, could you also check if any caching plugin you’re using is temporarily storing outdated data, which might be contributing to the issue? Clearing the cache or temporarily disabling such plugins might help isolate the problem.
