    Hello, since Monday and following the recent update, I have been unable to access or save my owner templates. Could you please advise if there is a solution to this issue, or am I the only one experiencing this problem?

    Hi  there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

    If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

    I found the solution by unhooking the new cloud function I was able to access my models template. The problem comes from this new function

    I experienced the same issue when trying to save templates, and it seems to be resolved in the same way mentioned in the previous message. I’m sharing this in case it’s helpful to identify what might be causing the function to fail.

    Perhaps it happens because I’m not logged into Elementor or because I’m not using the PRO version.
