# Saved profiles missing

 * Hi there,
 * just noticed that the saved and unsaved profiles are missing on the profiles 
   tab. Maybe this could be related to the last plugin update (2.4.1).
 * It would be great to confirm this issue to prevent investigating in vain.

 * After further investigation I can confirm that the issue is not related to the
   2.4.1 update. I managed to successfully update several installations from 2.4.0
   to 2.4.1 where profiles were not lost.
 * I still wonder how profiles can be lost, I would appreciate any clarification
   on this matter if possible.

 * Hi there, we don’t have other reports of saved profiles gone missing, but it 
   may be helpful for you to know that profiles are stored in the `wp_options` table
   as `wpmdb_saved_profiles`. If this option was deleted or corrupted, it could 
   explain why your profiles have gone missing.
