# saveExternalIDInOrder error log

 * Since a few days ago, we have had logging errors with the PHP message “saveExternalIDInOrder”
   in our server logs.
 * After investigate into the code, we saw an `error_log("saveExternalIDInOrder");`
   in the `saveExternalIDInOrder` function on `EventsManager` class. We think it’s
   a bug or a mistake, like a debugging attempt, because it’s not between catch 
   statements. It’s always executed when method is called.

 * The `error_log` is still in code. We have created a support case today from the
   suggested URL.
