# Saving Error

    Greetings!
 * I am getting below error while saving. I tried to save by pressing Shift key 
   but no success. I am not able to update anything.

   Try again while holding down the “Shift” key.”

 * thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
 * This is indicates that something on the server is raising an error. For example,
   the PHP Memory Limit could be reached. As a first try, could you therefore please
   try increasing the `WP_MEMORY_LIMIT` constant in the wp-config.php file to something
   like `512M` via the help of [https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP](https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP)?

 * Dear Tobias,
 * i opened wpconfig.php file by cpannel……but there is no entry like wp_memory_limit…….
   i can only use 27 rows in a table….

 * if the line is not there, you can simply add it, preferably near the line with`
   WP_DEBUG`.

 * that’s strange. If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site.
   Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me
   the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)?
   That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks! (I’ll be travelling in the
   next few days, so it might take a while until I can respond, sorry.)
