    Hi,

Is there a way to save an export profile? Now for every export/import I always have to fill out the export find/replace lines, which is tedious if you do this a lot.
It would be great if they even just stayed there, instead of emptying the fields after an export/import.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

    Hi Spivster

    Thanks for the feedback

Most people don’t use the find and replace as the plugin automatically updates your URLs to the new site.

Can you tell us a bit more about why you use the find and replace function?

    Kind regards

    Hi Lesley,

I was totally not aware that the URL’s are automatically updated. Also the file path and URL’s from http to https (as my local host uses http://blabla.test)?

In any case it would be handy the plugin remembers what I’ve put there. Whenever I export, the find/replace fields are blank again. Not even a browser field memory where I would just need to focus on the field and get my previous input form the browser memory…

    Thank you

    Hi Spivster

Yes, the plugin will automatically take care of the change from HTTP to HTTPS, as long as the importing site has HTTPS activated.

    Cheers
    Lesley
