    I tried this plugin with small sites and it seemed to work. Then I tried with the main one (over 600mb) and it suggested to purchase the premium version. I did it but still it didn’t work and didn’t export the whole site (it is over 2Gb) so no use for it. I requested my money back, it took a while but finally I got it.

    if you site is not over 2Gb this can be useful. I could see the difference between free and paid version, but probably it was my bad.

    Now there is no point for this plugin anymore, the original site is already gone and for migrating it before it dissapeared it was that I payed for your stuff. I was waiting for over 7 hours on the chat page too 2 days in a raw each, but none of you showed up there either…

    …it is ok, the plugin didn’t work anyway. As I mention when a site is over 2Gb it simply doesn’t export but stops… the code is yours, check it. I followed the instructions 5 times but no way, same message (and it is clearly active, the link appears in the panel bellow).

    Please, I want my money back (i’m still in the 14 days warranty period). This plugin should mention it doesn’t work properly and also that it cannot handle site over 2gb.

    I finally got my money back.

    I tried several times with the original site that was over the limit of 2Gb and this plugin could not export it in my case so not sure it works for others, however the support finally executed the money-back warranty properly.

    For everybody who reads this: usually our plugin works fine for larger sites. We wanted to investigate why it didn’t in this case, however the site was already handed over to the client (i.e. our client’s client), so we couldn’t check.
