The scan does not work – even after an hour there was no progress and when cancelling the scan it reports 0 posts scanned. Thanks for the quick reply. I have Events, Pages, Posts and Media Attachment selected. All will have images. No sound (no mic on this PC) but I think it will be obvious. Shows a post with images, switches to edit so you can see the structure. Then I go to Alt Text settings and show the selected options. Switch to dashboard and run scan for about a minute then stop it to show results. Even after an hour there are no results. Have tried PHP versions 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 but we normally run 8.1. As a result, the scan would bail out of the process and attempt to resume a minute later…at which time it would run out of memory and start the cycle again. This was causing the scan to never process anything on a single WordPress install. Thank you for the quick fix to the problem.
