 * I tried twice and this is what I got:
 * Scan Error
    Please try again! Server Status: 500 -Internal Server Error
 * Error Message:
 * There is nothing written ad Error Message
 * Please help

    Provider: 1&1

 * 500 errors are normally at the Web Server layer, have you contacted the host 
   to see if they have any clues why its happening in your environment. You might
   try the [Development version](https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/developers/)(
   1.1.15)
