# Scan issues

 * I’m using your free plugin. The plugin says it performed a scan and found 1549
   issues of high priority. I asked my ISP to perform a scan and have been notified
   my site is clean and functioning perfectly.
 * Why the discrepancy? Who do I believe? Are these falsely generated issues?

 * A diagnostic might help me see what is happening and also allow me to review 
   some of the found results.
 * Can you send a diagnostic report to **wftest @ wordfence . com**? You can find
   the link to do so at the top of the **Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics** page.
   Then click on “**Send Report by Email**”. Please add your forum username where
   indicated and _respond here after you have sent it._
