 * We are getting errors with one site on a WordPress multisite:
    - Error Message: Unable to determine if the scan target is allowed: Request
      is missing verification credentials.
    - Error Code: `site_verification_failed.missing_creds`
 * Only one of the site is getting this error and I can’t see why. Any clues?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fscan-target-error-on-multisite-errors%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@caordawebsol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/caordawebsol/), it looks
   like you’re using Solid Security Pro. Can you please confirm that the plugin
   is licensed correctly? Please also try removing the license and re-licensing
   it again to see if it helps. If that doesn’t help, please try checking for a
   plugin/theme conflict following the steps mentioned [here](https://help.ithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003073433-Checking-for-a-Conflict#:~:text=How%20to%20Check%20For%20a%20Plugin%20Conflict).
   I’d also suggest checking for any recent plugin-related errors on your server’s
   PHP error log file and sending them here.
   Looking forward to hearing from you!

 * Deleting and re-adding the licence seems to have done the trick – thanks!

 * [@caordawebsol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/caordawebsol/), I’m so glad
   to hear that! Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have other issues
   with the plugin.
 * If you enjoy Solid Security and appreciate our free support, we’d love to get
   a kind review from you [here](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/better-wp-security/reviews/).
